PARTNERSHIP FOR INFLUENZA VACCINE INTRODUCTION (PIVI)
With the end of the week comes the final post of our summer’s third project. In the beginning of July, we started a logo redesign and branding project forThe Partnership for Influenza Vaccine Introduction (PIVI).
Our goal for the project was two fold. First, we wanted to develop a logo that would highlight the important and life saving work of PIVI’s team. Second, we wanted to create a visual element that would stand apart from other like non-profits, yet still exhibit sophistication and professionalism.
Our final deliverable included a visual identity system (VIS) with a logo and supporting elements.
Our primary logo highlights PIVI’s name in a clean and bold typeface. The supporting icon is a patchwork of colors and intersecting shapes to represent the interconnected and global reach of PIVIs work.
To compliment the primary logo, we also developed a set of secondary and alternate logos. These could be used in either low color or size prohibitive cases.
To round out the VIS, we also included suggested use cases for the PIVI logos. The included business cards, letter head, presentation slides and email signatures.
We can’t wait to see the new PIVI logo in action, and are excited to see how it enhances the organizations global reach in the future.
